They say that when you publicly announce something, that you are more likely to actually follow through because of social pressure. I hope “they” are right.
In the past I have followed a schedule similar to the one below, but sometime life just happens and well-meaning routines fall apart. Now that I am well established with my new job at Mindvalley, I feel like creating a more structured and productive meditation schedule. Those precious moments in the morning are so valuable and I doubt I really need that extra hour of sleep anyways.
Below you can find my new meditation schedule. I will also be tracking each day to encourage me to stick with the practice. If you have any tips or ideas on how to keep your resolutions then please let me know. Any advice will help and is appreciated. =]
Night:
Shower around 10:00 pm
20 min Energize Exercise
Read inspirational
11:00 pm Meditate 30-60 minutes
Morning:
7:30 Awake
7:30 – 7:40 Wash up
7:40 – 8:00 Energization Exercise
8:00 – 8:45 Meditation
8:45 – 9:00 Quick Exercise
9:00 – 9:15 Get ready and leave for work
Before 10:00am Breakfast smoothie
After 10:00am Improve the world
Later at 6:00pm I will also get a chance to meditate during the Mindvalley group meditation circle I started in the office.
Ideally that will be meditating 3 times a day. Woohoo! I promise to keep you up to date as I try out this new routine. =)
