Yes, the sleeping undercurrent of our past habitual thinking. I agree, it’s not easy to counteract. Often enough times I wondered as well, “why didn’t it happen? I thought it would happen?” — But we live and grow wiser. I believe the watching awareness and gradual understanding is the best part.

Even if I don’t get it right now, I know that I am moving closer to a better understanding. And embracing that uncertainty can be liberating. You will not become a perfect creator here, and if you did, it would be boring. Remember, you never get it done & you never get it wrong. ;)

Reading what you wrote I really get but still find myself “secretly” worrying about money, being good enough, am I doing enough to deserve this etc. – you probably get the picture.

One of the biggest things I’ve been thinking about is how impatient I become sometimes. I feel so excited about something that hasn’t happened yet but I just feel it’s going to happen and then it doesn’t. It’s quite clear that somewhere deep inside I have some other kind of thoughts that attract this “not happening” but it still feels good because at least now I have the awareness of what’s going on whereas before I was just wandering around, completely clueless, which created so much frustration, worry and fear.

Right now I do feel that it’s just a matter of time and practice before it just hits me and I completely get it. Like Abraham says: “You are this close, this close, just open the door a little crack……..”
